Nexus to Invest in High-End Wellness Hospital with Beulah in Philippines

The facility will feature premium wellness services, part of Beulah’s ambitious real estate development project to define healthcare standards for expats planning to retire in the Philippines.

While Beulah is forming its Consortium, Nexus will secure its investors. Beulah will provide the designated real estate which is based master plan made by Carlos de Castro who created the master plan of Bay Walk in Puerto Princessa.  He is also the interior architect of some of the nation's iconic landmarks like the Okada, Solaire, Raffles Hotel, and more.

Nexus will start gathering a medical team to initiate this high-end facility, which is equipped with its own helicopter and OSS (On-the-Spot Solution) mobile hospital from PixDesigns.
